CARLOS BLAIN
LMT.

Carlos brings to you a physical therapy background and 12+ years of massage therapy experience. He is able to treat your body pain and program your recovery using expert level techniques. 

 

Currently based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Carlos grew up in Venezuela where he studied physical therapy. He later moved to NYC where he attended the Swedish Institute. His interest in body mechanics was sparked by a love of all sports and his years as a young athlete. 

 

Carlos has experience in both medical institutions and luxury spas. Now he uses all tools at his disposal, tailoring each session for your body's needs to get the results you want. So you can relax knowing you're in good hands.

  • What exercises to be more mindful of
